Bond happens to meet Xenia Onatopp, who is a member of the Russian mafia group. In a strange array of events, James Bond tries to rescue the Tiger helicopter from getting high jacked. The Tiger Helicopter is the one helicopter that has been made by executing a new design, so that the helicopter gets protected from any form of Jamming. A Member of the Russian Underworld, General Ourumov, meanwhile steals the top secret weapon Golden Eye, which is a satellite that could set an aim via the setting of the nuclear pulse in to the target that has been set as the target area.
